AMAZING! My team and I cannot stop raving about Friendship Kitchen! I ordered last minute catering (w/delivery) for a team lunch and we could not have been happier! Trang went above and beyond! We ordered the chicken and tofu skin garden rolls, shaken chicken, beef and tofu and the food vanished within minutes! Everything was absolutely delicious! I had the honor of meeting Trang and Wei-En and they are the sweetest, most genuine and accommodating people I have met! I cannot wait to visit their locations in person! Their vegan and gluten free options are phenomenal! Thank you again for your amazing food, service and hospitality! You've definitely gained many repeating customers! :)

Food was pretty good - the menu is a fairly small selection of simple well-known Vietnamese classics. we had Bun Bo Hue & Shaken Chicken. I've had shaken beef before but not chicken, it had a flavor similar to a Thai sweet basil stir fry dish but with more turmeric flavor (fyi is prepared differently than chicken in the bowl or plate). The bun Bo hue was not the deepest richest broth I've had but was still good. I liked the noodles, they were a bit thicker than the thin noodles often served but my partner wished they were thicker. The brisket was tender and meatball slices were good but wished they offered more cuts like tendon & tripe. Order inside at the counter where there is a few bartop seats or lots of communal covered outdoor seating. They bring your food but you bus your tables.

Anxious to try the food but unfortunately my first visit was right after a huge wine tasting event so definitely need to schedule return visit!! Love the location and all the outdoor seating!! Super sweet staff and amazing beverages with beautiful Asian aromas coming from the kitchen!! Highly recommended and I'm definitely returning for food!!

This is one of my new favorite spots in Portland. Everything on the menu is fire and they have some great healthy options as well. The impossible rolls, the abundance bowl, the pho broth, and so much more are all winners. The staff is great, ambiance and setting is a vibe, and the outdoor patio gives you the ability to eat and catch some fresh air as well. Will definitely keep returning
